Standard shipping within the U.S. is $7.99. International shipping is available for $15.99.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Is express shipping available?
Not at this time. Since all items are made to order, we do not currently offer expedited shipping.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Currently, only one shipping address is allowed per order. Please place separate orders for multiple locations.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. APO deliveries may take up to 45 days due to military handling.
Will I be charged VAT or customs fees?
International orders are shipped DDU. We don’t collect VAT/customs fees — recipients are responsible for any local charges. Orders from the UK or EU may include a 20% VAT.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Yes! Enter your coupon at checkout and click “Apply.”
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t gone into production, we can help. Email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive email updates for order confirmation, production, and shipping. If you don’t see them, check your spam or promotions folder.
3. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer size exchanges on unworn, unwashed apparel within 10 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Non-apparel items cannot be returned.
What if I receive the wrong item or size?
Send us a clear photo by email. We’ll verify and send a replacement within 72 business hours.
What if I’m not happy with my order?
If the item is defective or incorrect, contact us with photos. Approved returns will be refunded or replaced. Worn or damaged items cannot be returned.
4. Refunds & Late Returns
How do I request a refund?
Email us to begin. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days once we receive and approve the return.
What if I haven’t received my refund?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless the item is incorrect or defective. In some cases, return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Use a trackable service for expensive items.
