Cancelling an Order

Need to cancel? No problem — just contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that window, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed or canceled.

To avoid mistakes, please make sure to review your items, size, and shipping info carefully before checking out.


Returns & Exchanges

Since each item is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for issues like wrong size, color, or design choice.

But we’ve got your back if:

  • Your item arrived damaged
  • There’s a printing issue
  • You received the wrong product

In these cases, email us at [email protected] with photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.


Ordered the Wrong Size?

If you ordered the wrong size and didn’t check our sizing guide:

  • We can reprint your item at production cost (plus shipping).
  • We’ll confirm your size using our official size chart.
  • A PayPal invoice will be sent. Once paid, we’ll reprint and ship it quickly.

Made a Mistake on Your Order?

If you realize you made a design or order error (like selecting white text on a white shirt), email us as soon as possible. We’ll do what we can to help.

  • If the mistake was on our end, we’ll fix it at no cost.
  • If the error was yours, we’ll offer a discounted reprint with shipping.

We believe in supporting our customers — even when accidents happen.


Received a Defective or Wrong Item?

We’re sorry about that! There’s no need to return the item.

Just send us a clear photo of the problem at [email protected], and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

We also encourage you to donate the item to someone who can use it, or to a local charity. It’s a small way to reduce waste and give back.


Package Returned to Sender?

If your order couldn’t be delivered and was returned to us, don’t worry.

Once we get it back, we’ll notify you and can reship it. A reshipping fee ($6–$8) and handling fee ($2–$4) will apply to cover costs.

Please ensure your address is complete and accurate to avoid this.
