Refunds & Exchanges

At Digital Life Tee, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If your order arrives with a defect or production issue, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer-related errors such as selecting the wrong size, color, or design.

Refunds

We are committed to ensuring our customers receive only the best. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us for a free replacement:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • The print quality is poor or flawed
  • You received a different item than what you ordered

To request a replacement, please email [email protected] with a clear photo of the item and a description of the issue. Our customer support team will review your request and respond promptly. If approved, we will ship a replacement at no cost.

For return requests not related to product defects, please contact us for review. If your return is approved, we will provide a return address. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Note: Unauthorized returns, or items that have been worn, washed, or damaged, are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  • Double-check your bank or credit card account
  • Contact your card provider or bank, as processing times may vary

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected]. If your exchange is approved, we’ll provide instructions for the return.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue you a gift certificate. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. In some cases, return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary based on your location. For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
